headlights starting to give problems

Hey guys, well the headlights in my 91 TA are refusing to pop up sometimes. They might come up on the first try, or I might have to hit the switch a few times to get them to do anything. However they come up like normal once they decide to do so. However just now as I was heading home from the gym the lights refused to open, even after several tries. So I turned them on, got out and slammed the door shut and then they came up LOL. They close without a problem. I'm guessing that whatever controls the motors is on its way out? I'm guessing it's a relay or something considering how a physical jolt wakes them up, only problem is that I don't know which one.

Re: headlights starting to give problems

Headlight control module in the problem likely.
It's on the firewall on the drivers side. Nice little square thing. If you give it a thud, lights will probably go up. You can find them at the junkyard if you're looking for a replacement.
