Need Help With Trim

The big back window trim on a 82 camaro, I took mine off to repair it as it was rusty and needed to be cleaned up and repainted. Now I need to know what to use to seal the window channel trim back to the glass. Can someone tell me what I need to use and where to find it.
Thanks in advance for any info.

are you talking about the metal trim on the of the glass?
