Re: How TO Sand car for paint
I used 80 grit to bust through the clear to reach the paint. Then followed with 200 then 400. Epoxy primer (2 coats) 1 coat sealer 2 coats paint then 4 coats clear. Car turned out fine for a garage paint job. Just remember before you put sealer on, the car must be smooth as glass because any defects will show. Just pay attention to your flash times for best finish and gloss!
