Well it took about two years between taking it apart and fixing the rusty areas, etc. but I'm happy.......it still needs a cut and buff but whatcha all think?

 

Looks good, great color choices. I like that you left the headlamp buckets black great contrast.

What brand of primer, base, clear did you go with?

 

Thanks!......I ordered a complete package from TCP Global.....viper blue pearl/GM linen white and a urethane primer. I sprayed two coats of clear, then wet sanded with 600 cause I sucked with my first try, then sprayed another two coats of Sherwin Williams Finish 1 clear. It's gotta fews runs here and there that need to be addressed but she defintely turns heads

 

Can you take a closeup of the hood stripe, esp towards the nose? been wanting to see how stripes look on that type of hood, and I can't tell from that pic if its the exact same hood as mine, looks like yours doesn't taper to a point the way mine does.
