I dont know if anyone manufactures them but i can build you a set... just send me the measurements and I'll let you drill your own holes if you'd like or i can drill them... let me know

the studs are carrage bolts. you can tap out the old broken ones, and install new ones. i replaced all mine while the ground effects were off my car while repainting.

If you need info on the stud, I had to find a new stud nut and have it all on hand. The stud is an M7-1 (7mm in diameter, 1 thread per mm of stud) and its about an 1"-1.5" or so in length. The nut GM used to fasten the GFX to the rocker is an 11mm wide flange nut. The nut is not an on the shelf item anywhere. You'll need an 11mm hex or lock nut, 5/16" large washer, and 7mm or similar sized lock washer to secure the GFX to the rocker.
