What are these for?

What are these studs for next to the hatch hinge bolt covers. They are on both sides. Thanks!

that is the mounting bracket for a rear window louver.aftermarket too. i have the same setup as you.but wheres yours at??

I don't know, bought the car that way. I remember the PO telling me about a set that got blown off and destroyed by the wind. I can't remember if that was on this car or a second gen camaro of theirs.
