Notchback Discussion Thread

Hey guys, i didnt see one so i figured i would start a thread to help those with and without notchbacks get together and discuss anything notchback related.

Ive noticed there really isnt much in the way of discussion and support for this rarity so it nay be a slow thread but imo worthwhile.

To start off i just got my hatch and am currently working on restoring it to its original condition. Mine didnt come with the glass and whatever is used to mount it. That being said, some pics of those who have the original glass and mounting would be great. I would also like to know what the "latch plates" are for that are located on either side of the hatch.

Thanks!

I too have an 88 original GM Notchback. What 'latch plates' are you referring to?

I'm having a hard time finding replacement glass. If anyone knows where I might be able to find just the glass itself, that would be great.
