hi all i have a problem with the trunk on my convertible camaro. the other day i was removing the subs out of my car and when i shut the trunk it locked but did not go down. i checked the fuse and it was good. so i took the trunk lock assembly off and took it apart lowered it back down lubed it up and put it back together. i checked the motor by taking two wires and hooked it up to the battery. it turned in both directions so the motor is good . so i reinstalled it back in the car as soon as i hooked the connecters on the motor it turned on and went back to the up position and will not go down again. does anyone know if its the relay a wire or the black up and down switch. any help thanks
