I just installed an early-style t-top roof console. It looks nice, although it was a bit of a PITA to get in (cutting the headliner board, drilling holes in the roof).

I was curious about a replacement headliner board. The stock one is crappy, it tore in several places while I was working on it. You can't tell really unless you know where to look, but I'd still like to replace it. I've heard that there are fiberglass ones available, I was wondering where and how much they cost?

Had the same problem with my 86 last year. Bought some fiberglass cloth and used it with 3M headliner adhesive. It reinforced those bad spots very well. Also that overhead console you have supports the center weight of the headliner. If you have the time, give it a try. 15.00 vs 150.00, can be xtra cash for you ride.
