What to powdercoat?

What to powdercoat?
The endstate is for my entire car to be matte black or "murdered out". The powdercoater will do a box of parts for $50 so I'm trying to fill this box. So far I'm matte black powdercoating the handle of my B&M Megashifter, my Billet Performance Pedals, my craftsman tire iron, the original OEM rachet (Im restoring it) and my buddy's Ducati rearsets.
THE QUESTION IS: If I powercoat the sideview mirrors, the hood cowl and the headlight covers, matte black will I be able to match the matte black paint on the rest of the car when I end up painting it? Or will it be a little off?
