winter

due to a layoff i have to drive my car this winter. It is the first time ever being driven in the snow. I live in saskatoon Sk. Canada, and it has already reached temps below -30 celsius and despite having a bad battery it is running realy good. Anyway are there any tips on keeping my car looking good through out the winter, and what should I do to my car in the spring to make it look slick for the summer.

T-roofs are a bitch in the winter

Take it through a carwash as often as humanly possible. I'm not a fan of automatic car washes, but they are the best way to get the crud off your undercarrage.

But to be honest, a $200 beater car will wind up being cheaper than driving the GTA, especially after you slide into a tree.

But driving in the snow is so much fun.
I am not as worried about hitting a tree as i am about someone hitting me.

i have to drive my iroc in the winter too. but i cant take it through an automatic car wash, because if i do, not only do i get soaked, but the interior of my car does as well. this is my only complaint about t-tops.
