screwed up hood need help

screwed up hood need help
my hood and my hatch won't stay up in my i-roc z the lil air pressure things that are sposed to keep them up are'nt doing anything and every time i open it, it just falls back down.
do i need to change those and if so how???

Axle/Gears: 3.08/ 3.23
Go to Autozone, Pep Boys, etc,, buy new ones.
They come with instructions,, it's fairly easy to do.
Make sure you have something to prop the hood/hatch open with while you take the 'air pressure things' (or hydrolic, or strut) off.
