Hood latch problem
So here is my problem, I have an aftermarket fiberglass WS6 style hood. It doesn't line up perfect, but I can line it up perfect with some work. The problem is when I get it lined up, the latch doesn't line up and it won't shut. Should I scrap the latch and go with hood pins? Anyone else have this problem? How would hood pins look on a WS6 style hood?

Re: Hood latch problem
The latch is adjustable ( the one that mounts to the the core support at least on camaros )

Re: Hood latch problem
I understand that but it is also the pop spring and the lever hook thingy wajja ma call it that don't line up. I don't know the name of the lever you pull to move the hook that catches. It's not the hood release for the cable for the latch its the one at the front of the hood.

Re: Hood latch problem
Your in Derby, nice. I will definately swing by sometime. First I need to finish my interior, then get new tires, and then register my car so I can drive it. Might be a week or two.
