New Carpet form 1Aauto??

I just purchased a new molded carpet for my Project 86Z from A1Auto. Has any one else purchased a carpet from them?? I'm curious to hear a little history on them. Thanks for any info.

Well I don't know any history on them as a company but I can tell you that they have the best prices & their installation was simple as hell. But I'll tell you what though, you need to make holes for the seat belts & the seat bolts. And you need to trim the upper half so that you can install your A/C - heater housing. I bought their carpet a few months ago & was very pleased & couldn't ask for more from them. Don't get alarmed when they don't send you an invoice w/ the carpet, you will receive it a few days after. Hope all this info helps.

Their address is http://www.1aauto.com
Also get some carpet Scotch Gaurd for that new carpet & lay it out for about 1.5 hrs to let it get all the kinks & wrinkles out.

Did you just slap the carpet down inside?? I mean the pieces of jute that are under the prior carpet....did you reuse them?

No I didn't reuse them b/c this carpet has all new padding plus I Dynomated the entire car as well so I basically doubled up, if ya know what I mean.
When I meant lay it out I meant lay it out in the sun for about a couple of hours to clarify a little.
