? about the cup holder coversion

? about the cup holder coversion
In the tech article it is done on an automatic which is two different panel. My T5 has one panal. will I have to fab a whole new panel? anyone done this? Thanx!!!!

Car: 1989 IROC--1989 T/A
Engine: 5.7 TPI in both
Transmission: W/C T-5 in both
Axle/Gears: B/W 3.27 in both
Not true, the shifter pieces are all 1 piece design. He just cut it down the seam, between the ashtray and the shifter. i was going to do it , but i just bought a brand new shifter plate from the dealer and am reserved about trashing a 55 dollar piece so soon. Good Luck ,THE SHAGGY IROC
