Weight reduction?

Ok, looks like I am going to be buying a 1984 Firebird within the next few days. I need to know how to lighten that sucker up.

I am going to be removing the AC stuff, and the heater stuff. Carpets will have the jutt removed. Now, are there any companies making Lexan Rear window's? Side Glass? Thanks.

pull out the interior and look at all the brackets that you can cut off
it's an angle grinders dream
i hacked off the rear seat bump, rear seat belt mounts, rear seat hinge brackets, spare tire bracket, and i put in a manual hatch release that i got from a salvage yard for $3. so for about 3 cut off wheels and 3 bucks at the salvage yard i lost about 75lbs.
