Anybody know how many clips(retainers) are used to mount the Air Extractor to the front fender.

Thanks Jeffs82,That's what I thought,body shop lost one then.I called a GM dealer and he said eight and I knew that was wrong,I checked the 82-92 parts catalog and that's only showing one,so that's why I asked on here.I have to go find one now!!!!Thanks A Lot.

 

You can get by with just one. The ground effect holds it in ok.

 

I found some,their discontinued,but I found some at a dealer in NY,but they can't ship until next week and I need one now.The body shop really doesn't want to install the part without it.They only cost $1.25 ea.and $10.00 to ship

Thanks 82roc,I went to the dealer and ordered one today,the salesman from the NY dealer made a mistake(supposedly)and quoted me the wrong price,those things are expensive,I paid $20.00 for one.

I wish I knew this last week,I could have got one from you.Thanks Anyway!!!
