plate for gauges where a/c controls were

i was wondering if anyone has a company makes plates for that area i took all heating and a/c out so the ***** are useless.
i would like to see some pics if any one has done it and i know people have!! thanks also i see in jegs they sell those plates for the rustangs so one would assume that someone makes them for our cars. well again thanks

I don't think anybody makes them.I used a peice of black school binder I got at Walmart. The color and texture are identicle to GM's.I just taped it to the back of the console.Sounds cheesy but it looks like it came that way from the factory.

One would assume that, but one might be wrong most of the time. After all, up until recently, thirdgens were the only sports car you couldn't find whitefaced gauges for!

Try www.commercialplastics.com. They have places all over the U.S. and you can get a sheet of textured ABS plastic (they have like 21 textures to choose from!). Just a square with a couple holes cut into them should accomplish what you want.

A flat piece of plastic with 3 holes and a few washers in the right location is all you need. ABS plastic is cheap as dirt and is a perfect match for the camaro dash texture.
