seatbelt guides

this is pissing me off... the screw holding the seatbelt guide onto my head rest on the driver side is stripped. short of taking apart the whole head rest (which i would let the local upholstery shop do) is there anything i can do to maybe fix it? one where i could take it off again, I.E. not super gluing it in or something.

thanks

How bout those plasic inserts that spread out when you tighten the screw. Might have to ream the existing hole out a bit, but would be functional & permanent
