The only way you'll do this successfully is if you have a machine to laser cut the aluminum to the exact specifications of the interior pieces you are replacing. Otherwise, you'll find yourself un-happy with the results.
www.wooddash.com has some cool kits for 3rd gen f-bodies. Interior pieces of any color carbon fiber you want, brushed aluminum, wood etc..

Why on earth would you need a lazer cutter? I have cut many pieces of aluminum, and I have never used a lazer cuter. I used a cut off wheel for the thicker pieces, and shears for the thinner ones.
And about how it would look, well, I think that it would look awesome!! I always wanted to do it, and now, I have to choose between alumium, fiberglass, or carbon fiber.

i decided to go ahead and do it but im gonna powdercoat the aluminum with a transparent blue to math my car a little more. itll be thin enought that i dont think that i would need a lazer cutter.

i think itll be sweet
