Power seats?

I am finally getting around to putting in the RECARO seats I had redone. My question is for the power seat there are 2 wires comming off the harness 1 orange and 1 black, I assume the black is ground and the orange is a switched lead, am I correct on this? and should I run a fuse on the line if so what amperage??? thanks

I just removed my entire wiring harness and yes the black is ground and is grouned to the elevated bar in the floor where the seat bolts are just to the left of the seat. The orange wire runs to a black power box you should just be able to add plug into that is located on the drivers side mounted to the side of the car just above the hood realease with a bunch of orange wires going to it.
