Re: Saw this and just had to share it...
Same thing happened to my first 91 Z28. I was hit three times in the same place by three different morons. I didn't realize how bad it was till I bought a set of headlight blackouts and the right one wouldn't fit. Then I found out how much it would cost to fix it and thought "Screw it" and got rid of the car...

i don't see anything wrong with that car that a couple of hours wouldn't fix- the sub box would make an excellent starting point for a bonfire, the steering wheel would look good on my lawn mower- as would the wing- and the shift **** and pedal covers would fit neatly in the garbage can. the big *** exhaust tips are worth a few bucks as scrap metal- if i couldn't figure out a way to get them on my lawn mower, that is..

There is a cop that lives near me that has a '92 rs just like this but all blue paint. He does not like me much. Wonder why?

hahahahaha just when i saw all the common hillbilly, ric.er,ghetto things done to the car.....then comes the steering wheel pic... punched me in the face!!! holy cow thats rediculous. wing, pedals, poor fitting sub box are all horrible, but seen more often. but iv only seen one other steering wheel in my life like that and faught the urge from ripping it out and throwing it. its such an eye sore and could have so many racist things said about it...but ill leave it at that lol

Chain steering wheels are nothing. You guys are too young to have seen those pipe organ 6x9 speaker grilles back in the day.

those chain wheels can somewhat fit in the lowrider ganster scene late 80s- early 90's. other than that

Wow, I'm wondering if that was a Charcoal/Gold paint scheme? Pretty rare. Looks like it's an H.O. car as well. Damn shame.

Re: Saw this and just had to share it...
If I had $1,000 cash, a plane ticket & some Gas money with spare parts I'd go save a very easily saveable 3rd gen, I hate the Chain steering wheel, seen it in El Caminos before still hated it, I hate the pedals he put on, I hate the Shifter, what was wrong with the stock Shifter ? I hate the Rìćer wing, I would much rather put the '91-'92 Z28 wing, and even so I would keep the original '84 Z28 Nascar Lip spoiler, and I'm not a fan of subs and speakers in any Camaro and I'm not even old.

Re: Saw this and just had to share it...
Def savable, but at what cost? you would be into it for more than it would be worth, that is the main issue with some of these. I love all generations of Camaros, but the third-gen has not surpassed the cost VS value factor yet for some of the restorations. I know I will be into my car for more than it is worth, but like I said I love them so my money my choice. As far as it being hit HARD on the right I do not see it at all, these cars all have that nose bend and wobble because of the rubber nose. The gap on the hood is slightly off but that may be due to that aftermarket hood, I would need to see it in person to determine if it was hit or just misaligned. That car could be great, but for me it is a donar for parts just due to cost of bringing it back to life.
