This question should be simple
I know this probably has been answered several times so far.
I'm trying to fix my front and back bumpers. Paint is peeling off of them. Someone suggested sanding around the aread, then primper and paint. Is that all that's required for these flexible bumbers ? Should I get some sort of special primer or paint ? Thanx
