Might buy a Notchback hatch

I know where one is for sale and I think I might buy it, however there is a small problem with it. They said "two of the studs on the spoiler have been pulled out
of rear spoiler". You guys think it is a good idea to buy it, and repair it? Any idea of how much its worth?

If you like the notchback look, go for it. Buying a new one costs upward of about $700.

I assume you'd be repainting the hatch, so it shouldn't be difficult to glass in new studs at the same time.

Chet, pull all the studs out of the spoiler and bolt it from the bottom. I got mine bare and used my original spoiler that had much shorter studs. I just umscrewed the studs and got some bolts of the correct length and bolted the spoiler on from the bottom.

Well I decided not to get the Notchback, I had to chose between it and a pair of 98 TA leather seats. If anyone wants one in good condition, let me know, and I will tell you where to find it.

the only reason that firebird looks so good it because it has good paint that is taken care of and everything is all clean up. If everyone just kept their car clean then we 3rg genners would not have that white trash attitude people get before they even look at your car.
