I need to replace my drivers side door on the Z28 and i can get a very clean '88 Trans Am door cheap. I have info that the doors are supposed to be interchangeable but the ground effect holes seem to be in different locations, at least the ones inside the door. I imagine i could just fill'em and redrill a few for the Z28 ground effect. I would appreciate any comments/info on this type of swap or if there's anything else i might need to do.

 

To the best of my knowledge,all doors from 86-92 cams and f-birds are interchangeable.82-85 had something different that had to do with the window I believe.
