now, when i get this, i remove my old headliner, and just install this one right? this is plastic? has anyone got these before? if i ordered this, do i have to get a fabric for it? or is it just the piece of plastic?

Hey man, that seems a little expensive for what you're getting... try www.classicindustries.com and see what they have. They don't have an online catalog, but you can order one from the 'site. You could just call them too. I got my headliner, visors, and sails for about 150. I think I remember seeing what you're asking for for less money.
