how do i fix body lines?

front body lines on my car are all way off. the hood is too tight to the fenders, I don't think there is a 16th of space between them on both sides and the fenders stick out past the doors about 1/8 on the drivers side and about 1/16 on the passenger side.....how do I line these back up?

It most likely is your pinch point area under the fenders, from people jacking it up in the wrong spot.It tends to belly out the fenders from the pinch points bending(being crushed)

mine are definatly been jacked up wrong. I never even thought of that. that would explain why the passenger side isn't as bad ad the drivers. I changed out the fender and fixed the bottom bolt best I could.
