car painted yesterday need help deciding leave plain or put stickers on

just got my car painted yesterday the paint laid out sweet!! i had it painted black again with blue pearl in it.. just wondering what u guys think should i put some stickers back on it or just leave it.. i know what most will say its your car do what u want but i would like some opinions.. also how long do u have to wait before u can wash a car that has been painted?? and what is the best way to keep those hair line scratches out of the paint i really hate to drive it all the work i put into it.. my best friends dad owns a body shop and my friend and i did all and i mean all the body work its not as easy as some would think!! i give props to those body men!! my buddies dad sprayed the paint and the clear but man does it shine and we havent wet sanded yet either!! cant wait to get it out in the sun light to really see the pearl in it well enough bragging lol i will get pics up soon!!! thanks for the opinions!

No stickers . I assume your talking bout the stock ones that are on all the firebirds.

And do post pics , I've been dying to see that hood and spoiler combo on a Formula

Just use one small Formula emblem for the rear bumper. Gives it a Firehawk look. I left all the other stickers off when I had mine repainted as well.

I'd leave the stickers off.
When I get my car painted, I am going to get the 4th Gen "Trans Am" door emblems in red, the car will be black.
I priced them at the dealer the other day and with my club discount they are $12 each.
I want to get the "WS6" badge for the rear of the car like the 98+ WS6 cars have but the price for the badge is $75.00!!!! and that is with the discount.

I would leave most of them off like the rest of the guys are saying. Personal opion but I think a car looks good when it just reveals nice lines. I had to put a friggin bra on mine till I get it painted!!! The pevious owner of my car put IROC Z stickers on the door and it looks really GAY!!! I wouldn't be bad if I had an IROC. I don't think you should cover a SWEET paint job!!

I'm curious to see what black/blue pearl looks like. I dropped all the stickers as the car has been reworked, except for the Ram Air decals.
90Z28SS, The hood looks like this:

well since you have a FORMULA i would leave the side stickers off. maybe use the RAM AIR stickers and the FORMULA on the rear bumper cover, but definately dont do the sides.
no for me or an IROC, do go with all the stickers, since we have ground effects it looks better, stickered and all. i mean.

i am debating whether or not to go with the stripes along the Ground fx, but i will definately be using the IROC-Z decals!!

Just my opinion. Leave it clean. Just like a GTA. No stripes or stickers. They look alot cleaner when you don't advertise. Third generation body lines spak or themselves.

You can wash the car with only water until you wax it. You can wax it a week to two weeks after the paint job. A lot of people say to wait 90days but I never have. It's actually a chemical reaction that cures the paint. Not really "time" I've talked to Sal Zaino and Len Stuart on this subject.

As for the stickers. I think you should put one formula sticker on the bumper. Also, the sail panel emblems definitely. I have black ones on fresh arctic white paint and black gta wheels and it looks great.

Hookin...I think you can get silver Ram Air decals from SLP. Last time I looked, they were on clearance. Who made your hood that supplied black decals? Mines ASCD.

I second this idea I put an LS1-style FORMULA badge on the rear... looks ok, I'll be taking it off soon in favor of the LT1-style decal. I had the LS1 Formula badges on the doors, looked stupid.
