I have been searching for hours and see many pics of it done but i cant see how to use the 98 auto console with the auto plate? I dont want to use the 6 speed plate that many do I want to stick with the auto but the shifter is too tall. I have planty of movement but its still to tall.
can I use the shiter from a 93 up? thanks

 

Use a 4thgen auto shifter.
