Could I paint the insdie of my t-tops black??????

Would it look good??How durable would it be,what paint should I use??????

Mike, it will look like gloss black. The glass acts as a clearcoat.

Use PPG DP 90 LF. It's epoxy and will stick to glass. Don't scuff or blast the glass for the paint. If you change your mind or sell you can get it off.

I've seen t-top shades for thirdgens on ebay, I'd go that route before painting them

Either that or you could take them to a decent tint shop and have them put their darkest tint on em...

$2 of semigloss paint,,, very easy,,, cheap,,, makes the car seem like a hard top while ttops are in,,, tinting does not produce the same effect and in no way will this crack tempered glass. 3 years my tops have been like this and the same in my camaro for the past year
