Got the hood, deck lid and the wing installed. Lowered the front today. Will lower the rear tomorrow.

It looks a lot better than it did when I got it. There's somethings bodywork wise that I'm not happy with. I guess next time ill have to do it myself. Next for the car is interior. Lookin for either trans am seats or camaro ss black leather. Also needs a headliner and dashpad. Evenually wanna put a 2000 stall, shift kit and 355 gears.

 

Does anyone know if there are any other gm vehicles that have fog light trim rings that are the same as camaros? Mine are rusted away.

 

Cars all put back together (exterior) and lowered. Here are some pics outside. This thing looks amazing. Best color for a third gen in my opinion.

p245/50r16s in the rear, p225/50r16s in the front. i wanna go lower but it know itll ride like a pogo stick if i do.

 

Is it me or do the front and rear bumper covers look lighter?

 

That can happen with heavy metallics and painting panels seperatly and with seperate batches of paint.

 

Sometimes they do sometimes not. Depends on the angle. But I think they are a bit lighter. Witch is weird cause they were painted at the same time the hood and deck lid was done.

I cut 3/4 of a coil off the front and 1 and a 1/4 out of the rear. But I'm gunna cut another 1/2 to lower it alittle more in the back. Also went to the junk yard today and got a complete set of 95 z28 power seats black and gray. No rips, foams not all matted down. Just need a very good scrubbin. Picked em up for 100 bucks. Still need a head liner though.

 

Got the new seats in today and all the interior scrubbed and armoraled. The fourth gen seats are so much better than the originals. Wisj I would have swapped them along time ago. Ill get pics tomorrow.

 

Really like how your car is coming along. I picked up a mint set of 2001 trans am seats and they're awesome. But I must say, armorall is probably the worst thing we can put in our cars. It's one of the reasons our dashes crack, along with getting banged by our knees on entry and the heat from the sun. I use a leather care solution cleaner protecter.. I'm sure other people use other stuff other than armorall.

it wasn't armoral but somethin like it. The dash pad is junk anyways but I understand what ur sayin. As far as the seats I really wanted ta seats but tryin to find some in my budgetted price range. And for 100 bucks I couldn't pass them up. but the car has come along way.
