Are you talking about these?
http://www.hawksthirdgenparts.com/pr...%252d1992.html

If so, those look cheap to me.
Looks like a plug/play HID bulb in a reflector housing, and since they don't show the beam pattern I'm going to assume that means light is being scattered all over the place. The 10k color temperature is getting into the purple range too, would look very ***** and cops will pull you over for sure.

If you're going to do HID, you need to use an HID projector.
It will cost more, but will be well worth it by not blinding everyone on the road, and actually having usable light where it needs to be.

You'll want to get something like what I have on mine.
a 4x6 housing, with an HID projector mounted inside.

I got my from the retrofitsource

I was lucky and found somewhere there who had made a set, and sold them to me for $550. They are bi-xenon and are such an improvement.

Whatever you end up doing, please don't just throw HID bulbs into a reflector type housing (like the ones you linked too). Those housing were meant for Halogen bulbs and are designed to throw as much light as possible forward with no cutoff. You'll blind everyone on the road.
