Sagging Driver Door

I have a 91 Z28 and the driver's side door sags pretty badly. I go through the carwash and water sprays in through the gap. I have gone to Dealers to ask them... they said it was the hinge pin and bushings. I verified this with a different dealer in another town. I had the pin and bushings replaced. This didn't totally fix the sagging, but made it better. Since then, it has gotten much worse. I don't know if I should have it done again by another dealer, then periodically take it in to have the pin and bushings replaced...under warranty of the parts?
Any suggestions? Are the pin and bushings really the problem? Has anyone else had similar problems?
I know that the seal also needs to be replaced, but that is for later when I save more money.

Adjust the hinge bolts yourself. There are three 15mm bolts behind your kick panels for the lower ones, and three other bolts on the outer side for the uppers that you get at with a wrench. Loosen them, then move the top of the door to the front of the car, then move the bottom to the back. The when it is in the right position, use a jack to hold the door up (or a friend) while you tighten the bolts.
