Wrecked camaro need suggestions

I hit a trailer hitch and the radiator support is dented and driver side bumper mount. Should I cut it off and weld a new one on?

That needs to be pulled out to the approximate original position with a come-along or frame machine. Once pulled, then determine if it can be straightened or if it will require replacement.
