4th gen seats for $250 good deal?

I can get all 4 buckets, cloth with no power for $250
he sent me pics of them and they look in good condition...

no power=less weight so I can live with that,
are these "plain jane" seats very comfortable though?

Depending what year they are, and what condition, i would have to think its a good deal...i have seen CLOTH, NO POWER 4th gen seats somewhere on the net for $400+. I'd say go for it, if its the whole set(front seats, back seats and back backrest). I find the 4th gen seats to be 100% more comfortable and supportive. When i say that, I speak of both Z28 and Trans Am 4th gen seats. I have sat in both...my freinds own a 97 30th Z, a 99 TA, and a 94 TA GT....I am looking for a set of 4th Gen seats myself for my 86...

Hey, if you don't want the seats I'll take them. I was in the market for good 4th gen seats for a while and thats the second best deal I saw. (First was me about to buy MINT 30th Anny Z-seats for 200$ including belts, but the deal fell throught)

Seriously man, go for it, thats is more then a fair price for 4th gen seats provided he sends you pics of them.

That's a pretty good price. I am looking for a close to new condition set of the graphite leather seats from a late T/A. I got new thirdgen seats about 6 months ago but seeing the 4th gen seats in a buddie's car was enough to motivate me to look into it. He says that they are way, way more comfortable. I know another guy who swapped his 98' SS seats into his IROC and could not believe the difference. It would be great for me sience I do alot of driving in this car! Back to the point, yep, it's a good deal. (especially considering I ended up paying about $425 for my near mint set of "custom cloth" black third gen seats!)

I paid $200 for the set I put in my 86 TA. They were out of a wrecked 95 TA. They needed a little cleaning, but it was still a good deal. They even delivered them to my house. That was by far the best deal I had found on any. Good luck on finding any. $250 doesn't sound too bad if they are in perfect shape.
