the only easy way is to take the seats out
there will be one hex bolt or sumptin' at each end of the belts
(the headliner is the most fun)

good luck

I replaced mine about a year ago and didn't take out my seats. For the floor mounted one just open the little plastic port and there is a big hex bolt, undo it and its off. The roof monted one I think has two bolts. You want to remove as much of the trim around there as possible so you don't end up bendind your headliner. It all comes of with a few screws and clips. You might want to wear some gloves if you leave the headliner in, mine is made of fibergalss type material and it gets all stuck in your hands and itches if you don't.
