It si very easy to redo healiner in a Non T-Top car ( alittle harder with T-Tops). Should cost you under 40$ and it will look like new. Here are links to 2 detailed articles on how to do it:

http://www.iroc-z.org/tech/interior/headliner/

http://www.caraudioresources.net/bird_headliner.shtml

This works, I'm almost done with my T-Top headliner and its looking great. Will take you about 3-4 hours of work with setting time thrown in.

Hope this helps

If the headliner board is in good shape, you don't have to do the fiberglass. Just use a plastic brissle brush to scape off all the old crap, then spray the headliner and the new material with spray adhesive. After it starts to tack up, begin smoothing the material onto the board, starting in the middle and working your way out. Wrap around the edges, and cut out the necessary areas. The non t top headliners are cake. My t-top headliner looks like royal a$$ though. I've got to redo it.
