Console (91' Bird) How do you remove it?

I can remove the two 7mm screws on the top under the lip of the console cover. Those are clearly visible. How do I get everything else off? Auto tranny. Thanks

ok, that sucked, everything got deleted. anyways, nething you do. let me know, Firebretha@aol.com
91 pont bird 305 auto.
step one:
front of the shifter, towards front of car, theres a staple, get it out with needle nose or flat head, and pull up on shifter, smooth as a glove.

step two. you got the bolts out.
then take like something hard but not sharp and move towards the front levering it upwards. till the whole things pops off.

then you should be set if your careful with the cig lighter wires and the little light harness that goes to gear indicator and the harnesses on the window switches.

what are ya up to?
i just installed a fourth gen console...

ttyl. email me if you need quik response, typicly i leave it on 24/7 and check regularly.
