my doors are starting to sag a bit are getting hard to close I have heard of someone buying new bushings but I forget exactly what they said. do I need to buy new door hindges or bushings and where do I get either of them?

You can by the bushing kit--they're fairly cheap-I think around $16 per door. Look in your auto parts help section-I've seen them there before.
