Axle/Gears: GU2: 10 bolt/2.73
Part Diagrams with GM Part Numbers Needed
Does anyone have an exploded parts diagram with GM Part numbers associated to each part? Does anyone know where I can get something like this? I am restoring an 88.

I'm sure someone has some digital files of exploded views, but I bought an 89 shop manual off eBay(printed book, not CD) for $30, the CD's can be had for $15-25, very detailed manuals

I have the GM Firebird Service Manual, and GM "F" Parts And Illustration Catalog for a 88 f bodies. Found them on ebay. They pop up as low as 30 up to 100. The CDs look pretty good to. 1988 PONTIAC "F" , FIREBIRD PARTS AND ILLUSTRATIONS CATALOG , EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1987 , GM SERVICE PARTS OPERATIONS , GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION , Catalog Code 22F . The stuff in upper case is on the front of this manual. Most likely the one your looking for. It list all RPO's, part #'s, illustrations with #'s, where to locate identification #'s.
