window problem

I have a gap between the driver side window and the rubber strip at the rear of the window that it should sit against which lets water blow in when it rains.I haven't been able to find a way to ajust it so far. I'm hoping that someone here can help me. The bushings are wearing but the door still closes easy and firmly. could this be the problem? I would be thankful for any advise I could get.

Maybe new weatherstripping? New window motor? Or maybe ur windows need to be adjusted to go up higher...
https://www.thirdgen.org/newdesign/tech/doorpanel.shtml go there and about halfway down the page it tells how to adjust your windows to go up a little higher

It doesn't need to go up higher if it isn't meeting the weather stripping. Try adjusting the two guides that are hidden by the top black molding. This will get rid of your loose glass and get it to seal properly.

yep, that's the problem alright, just have to make a few adjustments and it'll seal up just fine. took me about a half hour of tinkering to get it right.

Mine pass window does this now since I got it replaced about two weeks ago. Took it back to the glass shop that did it, and they say its the guide on the inside of the door that needs to be replaced, I have not gotten around to checking it yet. I can get mine to fit right if I shut the door, open the t-top and the close the t-top on it. Then it fits perfect.
