How do you install factory fog lights?

How do you install factory fog lights?
how would I install a factory set of fog lights on an 89 RS that dosen't have them? What parts will I need?

If you want to do it to factory spec, you will need the dash switch and trim piece, the wiring harness, the mounting brackets, the fog lamps, and the bulbs.

there's also the bar thing that you attach the brackets to behind the grill. the brackets sit on it... im not sure if RS's would have them (sorry im sick; my brain isnt functioning properly :-))
