Want to change to tilt?
How hard is it to change from a tilt without intermitten to a tilt with eith intermitten wiper or without? Does this increase the theft factor? Can I do this myself or isthis a job for the experts? How much does this affect my steering? What about ignition locks?

When you figure this out, let me know and write a tech article or something. Cuase my wipers suck. I don't even have tilt. Nor do I have intermitten. I have slow and not as slow as before but just as slow.
