maybe i'm just blind but i ran the vin of my 92 rs under the nhtsa web site and a seat belt recall never showed up please need more info such as recall number also i just read something about fuel injectors are being recalled same thing recall numbers and what model year do they cover any info would help please. speaking of recalls my 92 has a fuel leak at the solder joint of the filler neck to tank recall 94035 dealer ship said that the vehicle passed inspection in 94 and the recall was closed now in 2001 the tank is leaking do you think they would cover it under the recall yeah right. i can't even begin to tell you the B.S. that i'm going through now to get them to cover the tank. the last thing i want is to have the *SS end of the car to blow up when i'm banging 2nd because of fuel vapor leak from the leaky solder joint any advise would be greatful in trying to get generouse motors to cover the fuel tank. i've already contacted the customer assistance at GM and its going to take them until 08-13-01 to get back to me. hopefully it won't be to late and my car will still be in one peice. and not the first camaro in orbit with the space station.
