Need quick help removing molding for headliner!!!!!

I am not sure how the molding around the door comes off (the piece that goes from above the door and down the side of the windshield). It looks like it just snaps off, but I'm not sure and I don't want to break it. Any quick help would be appreciated.

Matt

I think you are talking about the black piece that runs down the front A-pillar...???

All it has are a few screws. One or two at the top and I think one or two at the bottom. You would obviously need yor t-top out to remove it though.....

I don't know if the t-top model is different from mine, but there are no screws that I can see on the molding. I do not have t-tops, so I am assuming it slides or pulls out somehow.

I have not done this repair yet, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. (LOL) Seriously I think it has the push pin type connectors. They will pobably break when you take them out. Just be ready to replace them. My headliner kit is coming in from WLS Headliners this week.
