Dash bulbs and photoshop

I am in the process of replacing the bulbs behind my gauge cluster, but cannot find the bulbs attached to the grey thing ANYWHERE. I tried AutoZone, Pepboys, and Trak Auto. They all have just the bulbs. Is there any way to get the old bulbs out and put the new ones in the housing? I don't wanna break anything.
Also, I finished my speedo white faced gauge, but when I printed it, the numbers had rough looking edges. How can I fix this with photoshop? I printed it on photo paper at 300DPI. Any help is appreciated. Thanks again.

Yea like RB83L69 said. Just pull off the bulb from the sockets. And then put the new bulb on and squeeze on the metals parts. And right there you got the new bulbs with attachments. Cause from what I remember its like $5+ for the bulb with the socket. While its like 1-2 bucks for 2 194 bulbs.

As far as your Photoshop question is concerned...

How did you go about getting the image to 300 dpi? Did you actually scan/create the image in that resolution, or did you just increase it using the "Image Size" dialog? If you did it the latter way, then it'll come out all jagged. Another thing: make sure that the "Resolution" field in Image Size says "pixels/inch" and not "pixels/cm." Hope that helps.

You can also(if you created) use the sharpen feature from Photoshop on the scaned image, then reprint. Also make sure that as blue86 said the resolution must be set right.

As others have already said, just carefully replace the burned bulbs in the plastic bayonet sockets. But test them with a Multi-tester. I had to try a couple of times to get it to make contact correctly.

I just cut the wire leads off where they were on the socket and then pulled the bulb out, and put new ones in, bent their leads over the metal part and sodered them.
