I just installed a system and am looking for one of those too. My car came with the option (D42 I believe), so I am going to check with the guy I bought it from to see if he has it. I've seen quite a few of these on www.ebay.com , so you might want to check there. Also, I have seen "cargo cover mounting brackets" on eBay for sale. I'm not sure if your car has these or not (mine did because it used to have the cover).

yeah, check ebay and the images at the top of the page. you need the mounting brackets, the roll-up shade, the trim piece under the liftgate and some time to install them. You'll also need to take off the sail panel pieces to do this.

When you get them off you'll see an impression on the back side of each piece where the cut-out area would be. just cut those out, reinstall, and put in the mounting brackets. Stock they had a metal plate behind it that the mounting brackets screwed into, but you don't need them, the shade will hold it into place well enough.

Now all that's left is to replace the trim piece on the underside of the liftgate with one equiped with the "holder" for the shade and you're all set.

I've installed the roll-up cargo shade in my 88 Iroc. There is also a metal bracket behind the side pieces that are mounted to the sail panels. You will need to cut these off a car at a Pick-A-Part and attach them to your car. I used epoxy & pop-rivets. Then I put the trim panel back in place to drill the proper mounting holes. If you don't add these brackets you will be putting too much pressure on the plastic trim pieces. Yes there is also a formed metal tab on the inside of the rear hatch trim as well. I grabbed the plastic piece from the same wreck and cut out that piece to add it to mine. Then I cut the slots in my plastic trim with a heated utility knife.
