Front air dam, Can't Keep Them On?

Does everyone have the problem with their front air dam being scraped of every three months or so? If so how much would you pay for a part that would permanently replace it without having any problems with cooling ? I've got an idea that for a part that I can produce but need to test the market first. Let me know. Thanks Bear.

I've got most of my front spoiler gone too but what I'm talking about is the air dam (valnce) that rides under the front crossmember and pushes air up to the radiator.
