GFX Problems

Hey guys,

I have a 1985 camaro that i bought awhile back from a guy dirt cheap... I've been restoring it and its gettin ready to go to the paint shop... the problem is, how does the gfx install??? i'm just talkin about the main rocker ones. this person just drilled holes in them and there's screws showing on the back part. i'm guessing that the screws behing the emblem on the front are alright. but the back has me baffled... also on top there are several holes when you open the door and i was wondering wtf they are supposed to screw into?!?! i heard of a strip that would have to be tacked down?? and if so can you but it or is there any other alternatives to installing them... any help would be appreciated, i'm good with engines but this body stuff is new to me...

thanks

What you are talking about is the rocker panel support,it gets welded onto the body of the car.Good luck at getting one,I'm going to the j/y to attempt to pull them off. I hope i can do it.
