Pwr window fix, cleaning up the tracks

I've completely taken out everything associated with the window, and am trying to clean things up. I've noticed that the plastic round things that go in the tracks don't spin very easly on a couple. Once moves very easily, so I know their is a problem. What can be done to fix this. I assume its just old-old-old grease that is causing it, but how can I get it all out of the little space?
